Lead Time

Confirmed orders placed with The Alchemy Store with will ship within 7 days unless otherwise stated. 


Opening order minimum: $250

Reorder minimum: $150

Orders must meet our minimums to be processed. Candles are made to order. Payment must be made in advance of shipping unless otherwise agreed.


We offer Free US Shipping for orders $500 and over (We ship via UPS Ground.) 

Let us know if you have your own method of shipping, and would like to arrange payment and a pickup yourself. We will provide you with a tracking number upon shipment. The Alchemy Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered — please take adequate precautions to make sure your orders are delivered to you safely. 

We ship most international orders via USPS, DHL, or UPS Worldwide. The Alchemy Store has no control over delivery delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges

The Alchemy Store does not accept returns or exchanges.
Shortages or damages must be communicated to us with 5 days of delivery.
We do not accept returns.
Inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival. Please contact The Alchemy Store at wholesale@thealchemystore.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged items. Damaged merchandise will be replaced or credit will be applied to a future purchase. Exchanges or credit towards future purchases will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
